Privacy
An accurate health history helps your RMT provide the safest and most effective treatment possible. If your health status changes in the future, please let us know.
All information collected for your treatment is confidential and will not be shared except as required by law or to facilitate your care. You may be asked to provide written authorization before any information is released.
We value your privacy — your personal data and contact information will never be sold or shared with marketers.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact our Privacy Officer.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap that could have been offered to another client.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. Your therapist will do their best to provide a complete and effective treatment in the remaining time and may extend your session if their schedule allows. However, late arrivals may still be charged a fee.
Insurance Receipts
We provide detailed invoices for Registered Massage Therapy sessions that you can submit directly to your insurance provider.
Please note that we do not bill insurers directly on your behalf.
Proper Conduct
Our clinic maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both clients and therapists.
Harassment, inappropriate comments, or behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in termination of treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not required but are always appreciated. The best tip is your continued trust and referrals.
Personal Property
Your belongings will remain in the treatment room with you during your session. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
